OUR PASSION
We bring our extensive knowledge, upper limb treatment experience, and passion for helping you recover as fully as possible to every appointment.
Hand, Wrist, Elbow and Shoulder Therapy
CALL US FIRST FOR YOUR FINGER, HAND, WRIST, ELBOW & SHOULDER DISCOMFORT, PAIN, OR INJURIES
If you’re feeling any pain, discomfort, or limited movement with your upper limbs, from your fingers to your shoulders, call us immediately to book an appointment. Your hand therapist will give you timely advice and the appropriate treatment for your condition, avoiding potential complications you may experience by not seeking help as soon as possible. No referral is needed.
Hand Therapy is a specific field of Allied Health that assesses problems from discomfort to breakages of your upper limbs. They will then deliver strengthening, massage, pain management education, and rehabilitation, helping you to regain maximum movement of your finger, hand, wrist, elbow or shoulder, post-diagnosis or before and after surgery.
URGENT CARE
If you have sustained an acute injury and need emergency support (including early assessment and treatment), Urgent Care is you.
Whether it’s a closed hand, wrist, elbow or shoulder injury, call us first or come straight in for urgent care. We’ll tell you the best action to take regarding your injury while reducing the waiting time typically associated with visiting your GP or the Emergency Department.
It’s essential to treat your injury as soon as possible. You might incur further damage or heal incorrectly without immediate and accurate treatment.
We can assess, splint/brace and treat your injuries for you

Physiotherapy and Dry Needling
LOOKING AFTER YOU FROM HEAD TO TOE
If you’re feeling any pain, discomfort, or limited movement with any part of your body, from the tip of your toes to the top of your head, we can help. Our Physiotherapists can help assess and treat pain and discomfort anywhere in your body and are trained in Dry Needling as well. No referral is needed.
Dry Needling is a technique where a thin needle is inserted into a muscle trigger point. It can decrease muscle tightness, increase blood flow and reduce pain and, when paired with Physiotherapy, can provide immediate relief.
WATERPROOFING, CUSTOM SPLINTS, ORTHOSES AND BRACING
At Action Rehab Hand Therapy Clinic, we have developed our own splints and bracing, which means we can custom-fit the splint to support your injury better. Our thermoplastic splint makes daily tasks easier while recovering than plaster cast orthosis. Why? Because they are lightweight and water-resistant.
But I can buy my brace or splint from the pharmacy; why come to you?
Our therapists can ensure you receive the support you need for your injury or condition. We’ll assess the type of support your injury requires and custom-fit your thermoplastic splint or brace.
